Our policy lasts 7 days. After 7 days of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Application for the Return of an Item
You may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
• The Item has not been received by Buyer;
• The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
• Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
• The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item.
• Buyer’s application must be submitted to email@example.com
We will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.
Condition of Returning Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will recommend Buyer to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.
Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
In the scenario of the return items, buyer shall get seller's consent prior to the return request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee.
According to our courier company, shipping charges start from RM 9.30 and depends on weight of the orders.
Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) of Goods
Orders are shipped out on the next day of your order date; please allow an estimated 1-3 working day for your order to arrive. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
